DEMONSTRATION OF THE LIDAR RIEGL VUX-1UAV SENSOR INTEGRATED INTO VTOL CW-30

This video was recorded and edited by our colleagues at Phoenix Lidar in Los Angeles, who at the time were responsible for integrating the RIEGL VUX-1UAV sensor into the JOUAV company's VTOL CW30 aircraft.

The video was recorded at Chengdu Airport, where the flight training center of the VTOL CW30 manufacturer is located, the video demonstrates in an interesting way, how the LIDAR sensor generates the MDT - Digital Terrain Model, thus passing with its powerful Laser beam through the treetops and down to the ground.
